click limit download bandwidth. set to 10000000 bytes per second
click limit upload bandwidth. set to 5000000 bytes per second

keep the checks in the boxes or put checks in

click ok

if we can get everyone to do this, we will all be cranking right along
at high speeds

the bandwidth throtte cycle is the big one if you have a good pc that have alot of ram 
set it at 50 m/s   if not live it at 250 m/s  if you try it at 50 m/s and your pc shuts 
after some uses reset it back to 250 m/s

if the user that you are downloading from has there set up like this and you have your 
set the same i have gotten downloads as high as 150 k/s for shore turms then they drop
some
